Welcome to Long Beach Middle School and thank you for visiting our website. We have a wonderful school, full of activity and learning both in and out of the classroom. Below is some general information that may be of interest to you.

~~Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 a.m. until the first bell rings. The cost is $1.50 for Breakfast. Lunch is $2.75 for the day or $13.75 for the week.

  8:00 - 9:03    First Period
  9:07 - 10:10   Second Period
10:10 - 10:22   BREAK
10:26 - 11:29   Third Period
11:33 - 1:06     Fourth Period (includes lunch)
  1:10 - 2:13     Fifth Period
  2:17 - 3:20     Sixth Period
This year, Long Beach Middle School's PBIS theme is At LBMS, we learn to  Be the Best!. We ask that each student have PRIDE by being prepared, being respectful, having integrity, being dependable and putting forth your best effort!




    The LBMS PBIS Committee is hosting the 2nd annual Father Daughter Dance on Friday, March 31st from 6:00-8:00pm in the LBMS Gym.  Cost is $25 per couple and $5 each additional daughter.  Cost includes food, entertainment, and keepsake picture.  All registration forms must be received by Friday, March 24th.  Make checks payable to LBMS.   • LBMS Beta Club announces their participation in Pennies for Patients. Pennies for Patients is a program that helps raise money to fund research for therapies that save the lives of blood cancer patients.

    Please help us to reduce the number of unexcused absences.  Please turn in an excuse for the days your child is absent from school.  Excuses must be turned in to the office within five school days after the date of the absence.  Thank you in advance for your assistance and attention with this matter.

Student Council

Student Council will be attending the MSASC Leadership Conference at St. Patrick High School in Biloxi on Saturday, March 25th.
