As a product of the Long Beach School District and lifelong resident, I am excited to be teaching in the top-rated school district in Mississippi. After a thirteen-year career in banking and finance, I completed my bachelor's at Troy University before starting my journey into the classroom. Currently, I am teaching 7th grade history at LBMS while also coaching baseball. This will be my tenth year teaching and coaching half of which have been with the Long Beach School District. In addition to Social Studies (7-12), I am also certified in Science (7-8) and Physical Education (K-12). Most recently, I completed my master's degree from Arkansas State University in Educational Leadership - Principal which will allow me to moved into school administration in the future.
