Please make plans to attend the Long Beach Middle School Veteran's Day Program. This event will be held on Thursday, November 9th, at 9:00 am in the middle school gym. We would like to invite all veterans, as well as any present or former military members to join us for this celebration. Thank you for your service.

Congratulations to Mr. Ulrich's and Mr. Strickland's 4th period classes for raising the most money during our Kidnap-A-Class fundraiser. These classes were treated to a pizza party during lunch, while the teachers were treated to lunch off-campus with Dr. Holland. Your efforts, along with all of the students who participated, are greatly appreciated. We will be donating this money to the Veteran's Community Living Center of the Biloxi VA during the Veteran's Day program.

The next Student Council meeting will be held Wednesday, November 4th. Speaking parts for the program will be distributed and members will be asked to sign-up for food items to be brought for the reception. Please wear your council shirt on the day of the meeting; have transportation arranged to pick you up at 4:00 pm.
