Homecoming tickets will be on sale during lunches in admin hall Monday, September 15-Wednesday, September 24 for $10 per person. If you purchase your tickets September 15, 16, 17 or 18, you will be entered in a drawing each day for a $25 restaurant gift card. DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKETS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE AT THE DOOR! Tickets will be $20 at the door.

The PSAT will be given to juniors and sophomores who are interested on Wednesday, October 15. The fee is $14. The PSAT measures the verbal, math, and writing skills developed over the course of your education. The PSAT is practice for the SAT, and juniors who take the test may qualify to enter National Merit Scholarship programs. You may sign up in the admin office with Mrs. Cook Wednesday, Sept. 10 - Wednesday, Sept. 17 from 7:30-7:50 a.m. Cash and checks (LBHS) are accepted. There are limited number of fee waivers available for juniors who qualify. For fee waivers, see Mrs. Matsenbaugh in the guidance office. 
 Students taking Dual Credit courses 2nd Semester must pay by December 1st. If forms and fees are not received by the deadline, students will be removed from the classes.
Students who drive to school must register to park at the stadium. Students are not allowed to park at any other location on campus, and they may not park at the church or shopping center across the street.

  • SENIORS: ESF's GET-2-College Center announces their 2014-15 scholarship competition for seniors. They will award fifty $1,000 scholarships. Applicants must write and essay and complete an application. See Mrs. Tucker for more information. The deadline is Dec. 15.

  • Juniors: ESF's GET -2-College Center announces their 2014-15 scholarship competition for high school juniors. You can promote our high school, and the top 3 winners will receive a $500 scholarship. See Mrs. Tucker in the Career Center for more information. Deadline is Dec. 15.

  • The 3rd Annual Congressman Steven Palazzo Youth Leadership Summit will be held on Thursday, October 3 at the Univ. of Southern MS. Any junior or senior interested in attending needs to register with Mrs. Tucker in the Career Center by Friday, September 26.

  • A workshop for seniors and parents will be held on October 28th in the gym from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Topics will include: choosing a college, the college admissions process, ACT importance, scholarship search, and financial aid basics.

  • Attn. Seniors: Wendy's is pleased to announce their 2014 Wendy's High School Heisman Award. Both male and female students who excel in academics, athletics, and student leadership and have at least a B average are eligible. Applications must be submitted online by October 3rd.
